Goldnev Resources Inc. is lead by an impressive, highly skilled management and technical engineering team with over 200 years of combined experience in the oil and gas industry. The company’s management structure includes a unique contract arrangement between Goldnev and Chapman Petroleum Engineering Ltd., which provides the Goldnev with engineering and evaluation services, as well as TransAction Oil & Gas Ventures Inc., which provides production operations support.


Marc R. Dame, President, CEO and Director
Mr. Dame has more than 23 years of experience and industry knowledge in the manufacturing, marketing, engineering and financing of companies in the industrial processing, technology and resource sectors. Mr. Dame has extensive expertise in oil and gas corporate management and operations; oilfield production optimization and exploration and development in both Canada and the United States; and investment banking and capital markets. Mr. Dame is a founder and director of two investment banking firms with offices in Calgary, Alberta, and Beverly Hills, California, specializing in the restructuring, financing and consulting for public companies as well as for private companies wishing to go public. Mr. Dame has been President and principal owner of three private oil and gas producing companies, and been directly responsible for operating more than 200 oil and gas wells in Western Canada.
   

Charlie Chapman, Vice President, Engineering & Operations, and Director
Mr. Chapman is a professional engineer with more than 35 years of diversified experience in the oil and gas industry, ranging from staff and management operations positions with major and junior producers, to consulting positions with major firms. For the past 20 years he has been the owner and President of Chapman Petroleum Engineering Ltd., a Calgary-based oil and gas consulting engineering and evaluation firm that provides comprehensive petroleum engineering, geological and geophysical services covering the full spectrum of the oil and gas industry, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Chapman is also a co-founder of TransAction Oil & Gas Ventures Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in the management of drilling projects and production operations. Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta. Merrill W. Moses, Director
Based in San Diego, California, Mr. Moses owns and operates Cambridge Home Loans, a mortgage brokerage firm he founded in 1994. Cambridge employs more than 100 individuals and manages more than $300 million dollars per year in mortgage financing for residential, construction and commercial projects in 47 states and two countries. Mr. Moses was previously one of the founders of Jiffy Lube, a major automobile franchise, and President and CEO of M&M Foods. In 1980, after participating in the establishment and operation of several public and private resource companies, Mr. Moses founded Intercontinental Oil and Research (ICOR), an independent oil and gas company he operated for a decade. ICOR ultimately arranged for the purchase of more than $100 million in developed and undeveloped oil and gas properties throughout the central and western United States, resulting in more than 100 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 20 million barrels of oil in the ground. Mr. Moses currently serves as CEO and President of both Energy Pro and Energy Dynamics, two oil and gas companies with a number of attractive oil and gas leases in Montana and Oklahoma. Mr. Moses majored in finance and business at Brigham Young University.
   

Steven Craig, Director
Mr. Craig is a professional geologist with more than 35 years of exploration experience in the western United States. Credited with the gold discoveries of Midway and Gemfield, he also participated in the early exploration success at Pipeline, Rawhide and Island gold deposits. Mr. Craig is currently serving as Vice President, Exploration, of Gryphon Gold Corporation. He is a highly skilled exploration geologist with extensive experience in various types of gold systems, as well as copper and molybdenum intrusives and base metal deposits. His experience also extends to generative exploration, project appraisal and execution, and the management of exploration teams. From 1974 to 1997, Mr. Craig held various positions in Kennecott Exploration (Rio Tinto), following which he held executive positions with two junior exploration and development companies based in Nevada. Mr. Craig received his M.Sc. in Economic Geology from Colorado State University and a B.Sc. in Geology from Western State College.
   

Herbert R. Miller, Engineering and Operations Consultant
Mr. Miller is a professional geologist with more than 46 years of oil and gas experience, ranging from staff and management positions with major producers, to executive positions with junior oil and gas companies specializing in geological, operational and investment services to the industry. He is President and co-founder of TransAction Oil & Gas Ventures Inc., a consulting firm specializing in the contract management of drilling projects and production operations. Mason Lennox, Land and Business Development Consultant
Mr. Lennox is an oil and gas landman with more than 20 years of diversified industry experience in negotiation, contracts, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Lennox has served as a senior consulting landman with EnCana Corporation, where he was responsible for the sale of various assets and was part of the team that developed the long-term development strategy for the company’s Western Oil and Gas Division. He was also the senior negotiator addressing the Natural Gas Bitumen issue with the AEUB Regulator and private stakeholders. Between 1980 and 1989, Mr. Lennox was Senior Regional Landman for PanCanadian Petroleum, where he was responsible for all phases of Petroleum Land Management, including due diligence, government liaison, acquisition or disposition of oil, natural gas and surface interests, and the negotiation, drafting and management of agreements. In addition to consulting for EnCana, for the last five years Mr. Lennox has been an independent consulting landman to such companies as Talisman Energy Corporation, Unocal Canada Limited, and Apache Canada Ltd. Mr. Lennox holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics as well as an M.B.A from the University of Manitoba.
   

James D. Leeper, Pipeline / Facilities Engineering Consultant
Mr. Leeper is a professional engineer with 19 years of industry experience, specializing in the design of oil and gas processing facilities. For the last seven years he has been a Consulting Engineer and has acted as Project Manager on more than 100 projects, including oil and gas well tie-ins, pipelines, gathering system analysis, gas sweetening, dehydration, compression, oil batteries, and oil blending facilities. Before becoming a Consulting Engineer, Mr. Leeper designed gas compressors for Energy Industries Ltd. and ran the foreign exchange position of the Ontario Markets Desk for CIBC Wood Gundy. Mr. Leeper holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering, from the University of Calgary.
